MegaZip @ Sentosa

Today's the Singles Day! 11/11/2014. Okay who cares. I'm attached, single blah blah, today's just another day. Apparently there's this deal from Megazip, as long as you're S'porean or SPR, you can come and go a free ride from them. I admit I'm very cheapo when it comes to these sorts of things whereby it's not even cheap nor super exciting to attract yours truly to splurge on. Unless if I go overseas. Singapore? Meh, it's so underrated. For the sake of this free deal, I took half day leave and met bf to enjoy cheap thrill Tuesday deal.

It was raining since forever and I was feeling dejected in case the ride was closed. I told my bf we should head up and take a look or queue if possible but he insisted to wait in Hard Rock Hotel. Guess what? IT'S OPEN REGARDLESS OF WHATEVER WEATHER. So we wasted an hour plus lurking in the hotel for nothing. Seriously, just listen to my clever wise words and yep everything would be perfectly fine. Haha, just kidding.

There's two way up to MegaZip. One is by Siloso Beach and the other is from Imbiah Station and you climb the hill up. The latter is faster though more energy-exhausting. Well, of course we went by the hard way because ahem someone claimed that he know the fastest way up. Not that it's untrue, but fucking hell, a hill!?!?! He should be grateful that it's a cooling day if not I'm gonna turn into a bitch. Bitch and whine about the hill.

Ahem ahem. Apparently as long as you hold ANY pass, you get the 'Free Day' deal. What the fuck. Work Permit doesn't qualify you as a S'porean nor SPR! I'm offended because this was a total insult.

Yeah, guess what again? In front, behind, beside, all cheenas!!! I was on the verge of snapping because they're so inconsiderate and there's big group of family who was behind us claimed to be first in line. Not true! Even so, we're only two pax, shouldn't they have some courtesy to let us first? Wait, I forgot. Cheenas have no sense of courtesy.

And guess what again again? The staff told us we're less-than-twenty-S'poreans who came today for the deal. How did they know? Firstly, slang. Secondly, we're the ones who speak in English! Wow, look who's being the typical cheapo Singaporean now. Stop degrading us, you cheenas.

The ride was fun! Though I spent the first half of the journey grasping a hold of the situation. The over-friendly staff pushed me off right before I even got comfy to hanging mid-air (because I'm the center one). Meanie ...... Think they're having fun chatting with us in English (ps: they're all Malays). Too much fun lol.

There was a video of us coming down the ZipLine which was cool but the photography skills need improvement. Well, too expensive to purchase anyways. Would I go for this again? Nope, twenty over bucks for a 20 second ride. I earn money also never earn so fast leh.
