The only struggle I have is time management. Just came back from Penang trip, fell sick but no fretting, I'm already strong like a bull. Prior to the trip, I didn't even do much! & on the dark side, my finals creeping on me each day.
I really really grew horizontally, so now I'm going to start exercising again. In a fun way! Been dancing to videos on YouTube and I just found this BodyCombat video. Yet to try, but already liking it! Before this I was thinking to run home from work (geez). I must be crazy. Anyways I need this *rubs tummy* to be smaller to fit my cny's outfit. Fighting!!!!! I'm going to stick to the routine and kill at least a kilo or two. HEHE.
I feel zero inspirations after reading inspirational books. Made the long delayed effort to read 'The Five People You Meet In Heaven' by Mitch Albom. It teaches you to dissipate your anger, your hatred, your sorrows etc. to find peace, be it on Earth or in Heaven. Heaven is not as different as one may have pictured. Heaven is often in the tiny spots in our life. In life, every action brings about something, be it affecting oneself or others, for the better or worse. There's always two sides to a story. I love how lighthearted this book is, easy to read, easy to understand. It made me think, but ..... that's about it. I'm not saying it's not worth reading. It's really a good book, but sorry I really can't appreciate these books. I'm amazed by how people can stomach book after book. Too much inspirations often backfire and make you judge your own life and then you'll be living in your self-denial, comparing yourself to others again and again. So depressing. I'm better off with my fantasy novels which most of the time makes me happy with their happy endings. I'm kind of moving on to contemporary genre, but still trying.
Basically my life is quite fulfilling, but mundane. That's it! Bye now!
